fresh omelets short taxi ride amazing staff unhelpful manager no response inquiries ignored

My room had a balcony. Breakfast included freshly cooked omelets. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the Medina, about ten minutes. I found the staff amazing.

He actually raised his voice. I also contacted the hotel about dietary needs, but I did not get a response. I wanted to book a massage, but my inquiries were ignored too.

i enjoyed the helpfulness from the reception staff, they are awesome. my room had a big terrace, i loved it! bottled water was available everyday, thats very important.

the hotel is a quick fifteen minute walk from the medina, thats convenient. the modern shopping area is even closer, very nice. the area felt safe, a real plus.

The hotel's location was great. It was close to many restaurants and shops! I especially loved the rooftop bar and pool. The staff was helpful. They even gave me a takeaway breakfast for my early flight, which I super appreciated. The Patron restaurant felt trendy. I could happily hang out there again.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had many options. I found the rooftop pool and bar to be a great place to relax in the evening. Food in the restaurant was also very lovely.

The gym's air conditioning was not working . This made workouts uncomfortable! and difficult to endure.

attentive staff magical atmosphere great food

i adored the attentive staff. the rooftop bar had a magical atmosphere. the food tasted great and its definite recommendation. the location felt so ideal for exploration.

i found the hot water ran out one day. they offered a shower in the sauna but it was inconvenient. this wasn't a great solution.
